Returns
If you wish to make a return:

Complete the returns form or send a message to shop@rexproduct.com.
Pack the parcel along with the returns form (if you chose the paper version).
If you choose the online version, attach a card with the number to the return shipment.
the returned order and your name and surname.

Please note: Only identifiable returns will be accepted.

4. The customer sends the returned product at his own expense, the return period is 14 days from the moment you receive the package.

Optionally, we can provide you with a return label for a fee of €10.
This fee will be deducted from your refund after the returned products have been successfully inspected.

5. Goods sent back for return must not show any signs of use.
and must have the original tags attached.

6. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the return and after a successful inspection of the returned products.

Please remember to keep your return receipt.

If you want to advertise a product:

1. Send a message to shop@rexproduct.com with a detailed description.
