Returns
If you wish to make a return:

Complete the returns form or send a message to shop@rexproduct.com.
Pack the parcel along with the returns form (if you chose the paper version).
If you choose the online version, attach a card with the number to the return shipment.
the returned order and your name and surname.

Please note: Only identifiable returns will be accepted.

3. Send the parcel to the following address:

4. The customer sends the returned product at his own expense, the return period is 14 days from
the moment you receive the package.

5. Goods sent back for return must not show any signs of use.
and must have the original tags attached.

6. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt.

Complaints

If you want to advertise a product:

1. Send a message to shop@rexproduct.com with a detailed description.

2. Pack the parcel and be sure to include the complaint number in the parcel.
